Tour guiding and driving
We have a team of over 300 professional and friendly tour guides and drivers who can take you to any destination of your choice. Whether you want to see the mountain gorillas, the big five, the birds, or the people, we have the expertise and experience to make your tour unforgettable. We can also customize your tour according to your budget, time, and interests. We will take care of all your travel arrangements, from booking your flights, hotels, and permits, to ensuring your safety and comfort throughout your trip.
Training and assessment
We are committed to providing quality and standard tour guide services in Uganda and East Africa. That is why we regularly train and assess our tour guides in partnership with Uganda Wildlife Authority and Uganda Tourism Board. Our trainings cover various topics such as wildlife identification, birding, cultural heritage, customer care, safety, and first aid. Our assessments are based on the standard operating procedures and guidelines for tour guide services. We ensure that our tour guides are competent, knowledgeable, and professional in their work.
Networking and advocacy
We are not just a group of tour guides, we are a family. We network, share experiences, and learn from each other. We also advocate for the rights and welfare of tour guides in the tourism industry. We liaise with relevant stakeholders such as government agencies, tourism associations, and private sector partners to address the challenges and opportunities facing tour guides. We aim to promote professionalism, recognition, and empowerment of tour guides in Uganda and East Africa.
